Autour is an innovative eyes-free mobile system aimed at enhancing the spatial awareness of blind users. Unlike traditional systems that focus primarily on navigation between specific locations through explicit turn-by-turn directions, Autour employs spatialized audio to convey information typically accessible through visual cues, such as signage. This approach allows users to develop a richer understanding of their surroundings.
